We use the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), a modern English translation released into the public domain (CC0). It is accurate, readable, and free for everyone.
Is Berean Bible really free?
Yes. No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paywalls. Every feature is free, always.
Where is my data stored?
All your bookmarks, notes, highlights, and settings are stored locally on your device. We never send your data to any server.
Can I lose my bookmarks and notes?
Since data is stored on your device, clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app will remove it. We recommend periodically backing up your device.
Does Berean Bible promote a specific denomination?
No. We present Scripture and let you draw your own conclusions. We do not align with or promote any denomination.
